For guests: scan, order, track

Three steps, no app, no account needed.

1. Scan the table QR code - the restaurant menu opens in the phone browser.
2. Browse and order - add dishes, choose variations and modifiers, and place the order.
3. Track in real time - watch the status move from received to preparing, ready, and served; call a waiter or request the bill anytime.

For staff: the same order, handled by your team

Every role sees exactly what it needs.

1. Manager or owner reviews the new order and accepts or declines it with a reason.
2. Kitchen display shows accepted orders with items, quantities, and notes.
3. Waiters see requests and table activity and confirm delivery.
4. Billing - preview, print, and settle the bill (GST configured), and print KOTs when needed.

Payments

Simple and safe payment flow for guests.

The system confirms payment before finalising an order and avoids duplicate orders if a guest taps a button twice by mistake. Restaurants can also configure a small one-time table verification fee for customers before the first order if the restaurant wants to use that payment gate.

Setup is handled for you, usually within hours.
